3.4. Outcomes: The results generated by the platform are influenced by a number of criteria, such as the quantity and quality of raters engaged, a leader’s effort and commitment to achieving their goals, and the organizational context in which the process occurs. A Researcher interprets the assessment results, considering the individual profile of a leader, their leadership development goals, organizational objectives, and personal aspirations. Consequently, these interpretations do not imply an implicit statement about the competency and suitability of the engaged leaders for specific roles. These outcomes should serve as a foundation for the researcher to establish optimal leadership development goals, helping leaders enhance their self-awareness, crystallize their leadership purpose, and leverage their strengths.
